Your information, handled plainly

What information we receive

ENV-CoW Ltd receives only the information you choose to send when you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp. This may include your name, contact details, company and information about your project.

How we use it

We use that information to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work, provide services and keep appropriate business records. We do not sell your personal information.

The enquiry form

The form on this website prepares a message in your own email application. The website does not store the information entered into that form.

Free-month trial requests

When you apply for the Virtual ECoW free month, we store the name, organisation and work email address you provide, together with any optional telephone number or role, the date of the request and the campaign source where available. We use this information to assess eligibility, prevent repeated free-trial claims, set up and manage access, provide trial support and keep an appropriate audit record. It is not used to enrol you in unrelated marketing without your consent.

Trial-request and access records are kept only for as long as they are needed for these purposes or to meet applicable business and legal record-keeping requirements. You may contact us to ask what we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete information where we are not required to retain it.

Book samples and optional updates

When you request a book sample, we store the name you provide, your email address, the date and the page used to make the request so that we can provide the sample and understand genuine reader interest. We only send marketing or publication updates when you separately tick the optional consent box. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

Website data

We use cookieless website measurement to understand anonymous page visits, the campaign or referring website that brought a visitor here, and actions such as enquiry, application and bulletin clicks. This measurement does not store names, email addresses or advertising identifiers, and is not used to build advertising profiles. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Other services

If you choose to contact us through email or WhatsApp, those providers handle information under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where we are not required to keep it.
